Greater Southern Waterfront
Greater Southern Waterfront (GSW) is state-level mega planning to transform the southern waterfront of Singapore into a golden coastal precinct for the future urban living, work, and play. As large as 6 times of Marina Bay area, GSW will expand from Pasir Panjang to the Marina East. It’s a long-term government blueprint, developed in phases.
The first phase starts from the former Pasir Panjang Power District, Keppel Club, and Mount Faber. The Keppel Club site will be redeveloped into a new waterfront residential precinct with over 9,000 homes in the next 5-10 years. Future residents will enjoy convenient access to the southern coast, nature, and two nearby Labrador Park and Telok Blangah MRT stations.
